Which phone case should I choose - Matte or Glossy?

If you prefer a more porcelain, soft-touch look - choose Matte (the colours are less vibrant).
If you want brighter colours and a finish that looks more like a glazed tile - choose Glossy. All the stained glass designs look best in glossy

Are you eco-friendly?

Yes! We produce each item only after you place your order to reduce overproduction and waste.


Are your phone cases protective?

Yes - we only sell tough phone cases with:

  • Dual-layer protection

  • Elongated edges for extra screen safety

  • Shockproof design
    Our beautiful designs are just the bonus!


Which phone model do I have?

On your phone, go to Settings → About and you’ll see your model name.
If you can’t find it, send me a message and we’ll figure it out together.
Please do not order unless you are sure of your phone model.


I ordered the wrong size / I received the wrong size - what now?

Mistakes happen!

If you found out right away - message me as soon as possible and I'll edit your order.

I cannot take returns on shipped cases, but I can arrange a reprint for an extra charge, which covers materials and shipping.
Simply message me and I’ll send you the link for the reprint payment.
(Available only within 15 days of receiving your order.)


When will I get my order?

Once you place an order, it is sent into production - made especially for you.
I do not keep stock or overproduce.

  • Production time: 2–5 business days

  • Shipping time: Usually 2–5 business days, but in rare cases up to 2 weeks (especially for some International destinations).


Where are the items shipped from?

I work with trusted production partners in USA, Australia, South Korea, UK, and Europe.


Who pays customs duties/taxes?

Customs taxes and duties are set by your local government and postal service.
As per our Shipping Policy, the customer is responsible for paying any applicable customs duties or taxes.


My product arrived damaged - what should I do?

I’m truly sorry to hear this. While I package items with great care, accidents can happen during transit.
Please email me at kariyamaprints@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the damage.
I’ll work with you to quickly resolve the issue - your satisfaction is my priority!
